Panchsheel Prakashan does not store complete payment card details on its servers.

5. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

Receipt of order confirmation does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

- Bulk purchase misuse
If payment has already been made for a canceled order, eligible refunds will be processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 4–9 business days, depending on location and courier availability.

7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed for dispatch.

An unboxing video is optional but strongly recommended for faster verification.
Do not return items without prior approval.
If approved:
Replacement
Replacement copy will be shipped at our cost.
Refund
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Return shipping for approved damaged/incorrect orders will be covered by Panchsheel Prakashan.
