Ordering & Payment


We accept a wide range of secure payment methods through our Razorpay gateway, including all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI (like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Net Banking from all major banks.

Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. Our entire website uses SSL encryption to protect your data, and all payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant and industry-leading secure payment gateway. We do not store any of your sensitive card information on our servers.

Currently, we do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment gateway.

Shipping & Delivery


Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. After dispatch, the final delivery time can vary from 2 to 7 business days depending on your location and the performance of our courier partners.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery. You can also find tracking information in the “Orders” section of your account on our website.

Yes, we ship to most pin codes across India. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you make your payment.

Returns & Cancellations


We only accept returns for items that are delivered in a damaged condition, have a manufacturing defect, or are incorrect (not what you ordered). We do not accept returns for a “change of mind.” For complete details, please read our full Returns & Shipping Policy.

You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed for dispatch. Please contact us immediately with your order number to request a cancellation.

Our Books & Stock


As the publisher, we work to keep all our titles in stock. If a book is marked as “Out of Stock,” it is typically undergoing a reprint. While we cannot always provide an exact date, you can contact us with the book title, and we will do our best to give you an estimated availability timeline.

When you buy directly from Panchsheel Prakashan, you are always guaranteed to receive the latest, most up-to-date, and genuine edition of any book. We ship directly from our publisher’s stock.
