All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Panchsheel Prakashan does not store complete payment card details on its servers.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
5. Order Acceptance & Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or other available communication channels.
Receipt of order confirmation does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect customer details
- Bulk purchase misuse
If payment has already been made for a canceled order, eligible refunds will be processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 4–9 business days, depending on location and courier availability.
Shipping charges are calculated based on:

Shipping charges are shown clearly during checkout before payment.

Currently, we ship only within India.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, courier delays, strikes, regional restrictions, or force majeure events.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Approved refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:

- The book has a significant manufacturing defect
- You received an incorrect title/item
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Books ordered by mistake
- Preference-based dissatisfaction
- Minor color/printing variations that do not affect readability
Issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

An unboxing video is optional but strongly recommended for faster verification.
Do not return items without prior approval.
If approved:
Replacement
Replacement copy will be shipped at our cost.
Refund
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Return shipping for approved damaged/incorrect orders will be covered by Panchsheel Prakashan.
